Course Description

This course will cover a detailed review of the orofacial system that can serve as a new learning or as a review. Robyn's point of view is that the relationship between structure and function is critical to understand. A clinician must differentiate the "chicken or the egg" when assessing whether or not a patient/client/student has a structural anomaly inhibiting function, or a functional issue impeding structure. Craniofacial symmetry, dental maloclussion, anomalies of the soft tissue and tethered oral tissues will be discussed.
