Amy Wetherill, speech-language pathologist and owner of the Pediatric Development Center and PDCVirtual, has focused her clinical skills on treating infants and children with feeding, orofacial myofunctional, and related disorders. She was the first Certified Orofacial Myologist in the state of Maryland. She trains and mentors the speech-language pathologists at PDC in these specialized techniques.
Amy is a past president of the American Academy of Private Practice in Speech Pathology and Audiology (AAPPSPA). She is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM).
