:Sarah Early is a Registered Nurse (RN) and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She is currently working on obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree to further support the families in her community. She has spent the majority of her nursing career focused on working with the maternal-child population and worked at an area hospital in-patient as an Assistant Nurse Manager on a 68-bed postpartum unit that supported 10,000 annual deliveries before leaving to open her company, Lactation Room, in 2014. Sarah has built her organization around collaboration and the inclusion of other specialists, including Pediatricians, Pediatric Dentists, Allied Healthcare professionals and providers who can help bring a holistic solution to her patients. In 2018, she began a partnership with Dr. Natasha Khurana, DDS, IBCLC and owner of Strong Ties. The partnership between Lactation Room and Strong Ties focuses on supporting dyads with personalized and comprehensive care, which focuses on their patient's individual needs surrounding oral evaluations and post-frenectomy care.
When she is not working or in school, she is busy enjoying spending time with her husband, children, dogs, and chickens!
