Janine Stiene, MA, CCC-SLP, TSHH is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and trained Myofunctional therapist with over 22 years of experience in the state of New York. Janine received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University and graduated with her MA in Speech Pathology from Hofstra University. Janine has owned and operated the private speech practice, Long Island Center for Speech and Myofunctional Therapy, since 2003, on Long Island, NY. Almost 20 years later, Janine has grown her company to nine locations throughout Long Island. Long Island Center for Speech and Myofunctional Therapy is the largest privately-owned insurance-based speech pathology practice on the east coast and the largest insurance-based Myofunctional practice nationwide. Janine's passion is myofunctional therapy. She trains all of her speech-language pathologists in her trademarked myofunctional therapy program S.P.O.T., has her own podcast, Why-O Myo, and co-hosts the series Talk the Talk.
Together Janine and Toni-Ann strive to make a difference in the world of myofunctional therapy. Educating other types of professionals, attending conferences and lectures nationwide, conducting case study research, and always looking to continue to grow and learn in this rewarding field.
