Yes, we accept purchase orders from United States customers only. Purchase orders are accepted from businesses, schools, clinics, hospitals & universities. Net 30 terms are available once approved.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks and money orders are accepted when your order is mailed to our office.

How do I calculate shipping charges?


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on shipment weight and dimensions, as well as destination. GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERS

How long will it take to receive my order?

While we would like to have delivery times like Amazon, we do not have 1000s of employees working in 100s of warehouses 24/7! Our Warehouse Team works tirelessly to process orders within 2 business days of receipt from website (exception is for Holidays and when the offices are closed).

We make every effort to keep inventory levels current; however, there are circumstances beyond our control that result in our in a drop in our inventory and items being back-ordered. As soon as that item is back on the shelf, the Warehouse Team will ship it!

Transit time will depend on the shipping carrier option you choose at checkout. Typical transit time from our Charleston, South Carolina warehouse to the west coast of the United States is 5 to 7 business days.

Orders are packed within 1-2 business days of receipt from our website and shipping takes an additional 1-2 business days. Exceptions to this is for weekends and holidays.

What if there's an issue with my order?

We allow two weeks after receipt of order for you to contact us with any issues that you may have with your order.

Please email customercare@talktools.com with your order number and description of your concerns and/or questions and we will respond accordingly.

Do you ship to hotels?

We strongly discourage shipping to hotels due to the potential for missed connections with the intended recipient.
Please note: If you choose to have your order delivered to a hotel, TalkTools will not be responsible for orders not being received. If the order is returned to us, you will be charged for the return shipping cost.

Where's my order?

Depending on the importance that you place on your packages, we recommend you use shippers that have a "Signature Required' to ensure person-to-person delivery, This is an additional cost borne by the customer; TalkTools is not responsible for shipments once picked up at the TalkTools facility.  TalkTools uses the Shipper-provided tracking number to review shipment status when necessary; for example, the USPS-managed tracking website is  https://www.usps.com/ 

International Orders

  • DHL Express Worldwide: Can take 3-4 business days for delivery
  • FedEx International Priority: Can take 3 business days for delivery
  • USPS International Priority Mail: Can take 6-10 business days for delivery

 

For all International orders: The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable custom duties, taxes and fees.

Does TalkTools Collect Value-Added Taxes for International Customers?

As of July 1st, 2021, the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) are making changes to tax regulations for eCommerce purchases made within the EU and for the UK. These changes include the elimination of minimum sales thresholds, updated value-added tax (VAT) rates, and a choice of how to remit taxes. Since VAT rates and accounting practices vary, TalkTools® is doing business as before, with each customer responsible for customs/fees upon receipt of the shipment in their respective country. Every customer should take time to understand how these changes impact their order(s).

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Should You Need to Cancel Your Workshop Registration

There is a $35 processing fee for any cancellation made 15 days or more prior to the conference date. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 14 days of the conference date. You can, however, apply your registration fee toward another live workshop or one of our e-learning courses.

TalkTools Cancellation
TalkTools reserves the right to cancel a conference in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, or if the minimum acceptable registration is not attained. A full refund for your registration will be given if TalkTools cancels the workshop for any reason.

TalkTools will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by registrants, i.e. non-refundable travel arrangements.
