Tess Graham is a registered physiotherapist, certified Buteyko breathing educator, and an author, speaker, and trainer. Tess has 35 years of clinical experience, and special interest in breathing retraining, breathing disorders, airway and sleep disorders, anxiety, stress and panic disorders, and sports performance enhancement through breathing optimisation. Tess established Australia’s first dedicated breathing retraining centre in 1993 and has taken over 6500 people through breathing retraining programs. Tess has worked with infants, children and adults of all ages and physical abilities.
Tess has been involved in research with asthma, and is an internationally recognised authority on breathing, airway and sleep disorders and sports performance. She has presented nationally and internationally at sleep medicine, dental, orthodontic, physiotherapy, sports medicine and oromyology conferences. She conducts breathing workshops for PTs, OTs, nurses, dental professionals, SLPs, OMT therapists, midwives, childbirth educators, and yoga, Pilates, fitness and singing teachers.
