Drooling Remediation Program
The TalkTools Drooling Remediation Program takes a step-by-step Oral Placement Therapy (OPT) approach to drooling, addressing the underlying causes rather than treating drooling as a behavioral issue. The program targets key deficit areas including body posture, sensory awareness, lip closure, and saliva retraction through motivating, functional activities for both children and adults. Therapists and families can implement the program together, making it suited to clinic and home carry-over.
