Events are listed on the TalkTools® website. TalkTools® sets pricing, manages sign-ups, and processes all payments.
Minimum Attendance
A minimum number of registrations is required to run the event. If not met, TalkTools® may move to virtual, offer a recording, or cancel. The threshold varies by workshop.
Host Benefit
1 complimentary seat for your point of contact, plus 20% off up to 5 additional staff registrations — once the minimum is met.
Marketing
TalkTools® promotes via email, social media, and professional networks. Co-branded materials are provided at no cost. You promote locally to help fill seats.
Instructor Costs
TalkTools® covers all instructor compensation. No upfront fee for the host.
Venue & Logistics
What You Provide
In-Person Workshops
Venue
Classroom-style space for 25+ attendees with a projector, screen, and product display tables.
Logistics
Coordinate parking access for attendees and ground transportation for the instructor.
Shipping
Materials ship 10–14 days before the event. Host covers shipping fees up to $100 and returns any unused items.
Virtual Workshops
Platform
TalkTools® manages Zoom. Practicum kits ship directly to each remote participant.
