MYOSolutions is an innovative Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT) program developed by Robyn Merkel-Walsh that targets the Merkel-Walsh 4 MYODomains: Airway (oral resting posture, nasal breathing, habit elimination), Swallowing (tongue thrust, oral preparatory and transit phases), Structure (orofacial anomaly identification and referral), and Speech (oral placement disorders and lisps). Grounded in 30+ years of clinical evidence and assessment protocols, MYOSolutions provides a complete and structured framework for clinicians treating clients age 4 and up across the lifespan.
