TalkTools® Sensi® Spoon Tip
The TalkTools® Sensi® Spoon Tip is a standard-durometer spoon-shaped tip for the Sensi handle, delivering vibrotactile input to the tongue, lips, and cheeks in the shape of a functional spoon. It supports pre-feeding therapy goals related to tongue-bowl shaping, lip closure on a spoon, and acceptance of spoon contact for clients transitioning toward functional spoon feeding. Before first use, wash the tip thoroughly with soap and warm running water
After each use, remove the tip from the handle and clean with soap and warm running water
Do not submerge the Sensi handle in water; clean the handle exterior with a damp cloth only
Avoid harsh abrasives, bleach-based cleaners, or chemical disinfectants on tip materials
Inspect the tip before every use; replace at the first sign of cracking, tearing, or deterioration
Store tips in a clean, dry container between sessions
Warning: Do NOT use this product with individuals who have been diagnosed with seizure disorders that are stimulated by vibration. Not intended for unsupervised use by children under 3 years of age.
