Textured Spoons combine oral-sensory stimulation with feeding. The textured bottom provides increased oral-sensory stimulation to the tongue, facilitating a smooth transition to conventional spoon feeding. The shallow bowl allows for a smaller bolus size. Extended handle allows for hand-over-hand assistance.
Size Options:
Large spoons come in silver and are for older children & adults. Small spoons come in assorted colors and are for babies & young children.
These are seriously the best little spoons. They are just the right size for my daughter who is now one years old and having some feeding difficulties. These have made a huge difference in feedings and I will recommend them to all of my special needs mom friends. I have them in smooth and textured. A must have!
