TalkTools® Sensi® Textured Spoon Tip
The TalkTools® Sensi® Textured Spoon Tip combines a spoon shape with a raised texture on the tip surface, providing increased tactile and vibrotactile stimulation to the tongue and lips compared to a smooth spoon tip. The added texture enhances sensory input for clients who require stronger oral proprioceptive feedback during pre-feeding and feeding therapy. - Before first use, wash the tip thoroughly with soap and warm running water
- After each use, remove the tip from the handle and clean with soap and warm running water
- Do not submerge the Sensi handle in water; clean the handle exterior with a damp cloth only
- Avoid harsh abrasives, bleach-based cleaners, or chemical disinfectants on tip materials
- Inspect the tip before every use; replace at the first sign of cracking, tearing, or deterioration
- Store tips in a clean, dry container between sessions
Warning: Do NOT use this product with individuals who have been diagnosed with seizure disorders that are stimulated by vibration. Not intended for unsupervised use by children under 3 years of age.
