TalkTools’ motivational Horn Hierarchy teaches essential oral-motor skills needed in OPT (Oral Placement Therapy). Developed by Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson , this therapy addresses deficits in abdominal grading, is a prerequisite for improving velopharyngeal functioning and targets specific speech sounds. In combination with the Straw Hierarchy , it is an invaluable technique for eliminating tongue thrusting. It can also be used to reduce or even eliminate drooling.
