TalkTools® Sensi® Ridge Tip™

Accurate tongue tip elevation to the alveolar ridge is a required movement for the /t/, /d/, /n/, and /l/ phonemes, and many clients with oral-motor difficulties struggle to find and maintain this position independently. The TalkTools Sensi Ridge Tip attaches to the TalkTools Sensi or Sensi Rechargeable vibrating tool to deliver targeted sensory input at the alveolar ridge and surrounding tissue, cueing the tongue to the correct articulatory placement for these sounds.

Therapy Goals

  • Elicit tongue tip elevation and precision placement for phoneme-specific articulation therapy
