One side of the cushion features large bumps and the other small bumps, and each side is labeled so a child or caregiver knows which texture is in use. The cushion can be placed on a chair as a wobble seat, set on the floor as a foot fidget under a desk, or used standing as a balance board, making it a flexible option for sensory processing support throughout the day.
