Horn #7 is part of the TalkTools Horn Hierarchy, a sequenced series of therapy horns that progressively increase in blowing difficulty to develop controlled oral airflow, lip rounding, and velo-pharyngeal control. This horn sits at an intermediate level within the 12-step hierarchy.

- Before first use: clean with warm water, mild soap, or approved disinfectant such as PureGreen24
- After each use: rinse thoroughly with warm water; use the TalkTools Cleaning Kit brushes to reach corners and creases
- Use the bulb syringe from the Cleaning Kit to remove liquid from interior chambers
- Allow to air dry completely before storing
- Do not use harsh abrasives or bleach-based cleaners
- Inspect before every use; discard if cracked or damaged
