TalkTools® Sensi® (Grey)
The TalkTools® Sensi® is a handheld battery-powered oral motor vibration device designed to promote sensory awareness while supporting oral motor and feeding development across the lifespan. With multiple vibration speeds and patterns, a smart memory feature, and full compatibility with legacy TalkTools tips, it is an ideal clinical and home-use tool for Oral Placement Therapy (OPT) and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT) for clients from infancy through adulthood.
Therapy Goals
Promote oral and facial sensory awareness and desensitization through controlled vibrotactile input delivered to targeted oral structures.
Build oral motor muscle activation and tone for feeding and speech through vibration-facilitated exercise with OPT and OMT programs.
Support feeding development in infants and toddlers with sensory concerns, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or developmental delays.
Address articulation disorders, lisps, apraxia, drooling, and picky eating in children through structured OPT and OMT exercises.
Facilitate stroke recovery, dysarthria treatment, and swallowing rehabilitation in adolescents and adults.
Provide adjustable vibrotactile input through multiple vibration speeds and patterns to match each client's sensory threshold and treatment goals.
Comfortable silicone grip makes the Sensi easy to hold for therapists, caregivers, and clients during treatment.
Single AAA battery powered; includes one starter battery for immediate use out of the box.
Fast, frustration-free tip changes: fully compatible with legacy TalkTools tips for seamless clinical transitions.
One-button control provides multiple vibration speeds and patterns; smart memory recalls the last setting for efficient session startup.
Applicable across the full lifespan, from neonatal feeding challenges to dysarthria and swallowing rehabilitation in adults.
Designed for use within OPT and OMT programs with appropriate clinical training.
Infants and toddlers (0 to 3 years) with feeding challenges, sensory concerns, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or developmental delays.
Children (3 to 12 years) with apraxia, lisps, articulation disorders, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing differences, picky eating, drooling, or attention challenges.
