Line Kristiansen Avers, MS, SLP

Line Kristiansen Avers, MS, SLP, is a Norwegian speech-language pathologist with over 14 years of experience specializing in Apraxia, Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), and Oral Placement Therapy. She holds a Master of Science from Penn State University and is a Fulbright Scholar.

Line heads BARNAS språksenter, a private oral-motor, speech and language clinic in Norway. She also teaches classes at the University of Oslo and regularly lectures at professional seminars throughout Norway, bringing evidence-based OPT™ and AAC practices to Scandinavian clinical communities.

As a member of the TalkTools® speakers bureau, Line bridges international research and clinical application — sharing her expertise in childhood apraxia of speech, oral motor function, and augmentative communication with therapists across Europe and beyond.
