PURCHASE ORDERS

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from United States customers only. Purchase orders are accepted from businesses, schools, clinics, hospitals & universities. Net 30 terms are available once approved.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks and money orders are accepted when your order is mailed to our office.

How do I calculate shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on shipment weight and dimensions, as well as destination. Shipping charges are consistent with current USPS, UPS or FedEx rates.

GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERS

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed to warehouse within 2 business days of receipt from website (Exception is for Holidays and when the offices are closed). In the event an item is back-ordered, the available items are shipped and back-ordered items are shipped as soon as they are in stock. Transit time will depend on the option you choose at checkout. Typical transit time from our Charleston, South Carolina warehouse to the west coast of the United States is 5 to 7 business days.

Orders are packed within 1-2 business days of receipt from our website and shipping takes an additional 1-2 business days. Exceptions to this is for weekends and holidays. 
Order Discrepancies
We allow two weeks after receipt of order for you to contact us with any issues that you may have with your order.
Please email customercare@talktools.com with your order number and description of your concerns and/or questions and we will respond accordingly.

 

Why didn’t I get my order?

Your order will be sent using the shipping information you provide at the time of your order. If it is returned to us due to address issues, you have the choice of a refund minus the shipping cost or re-sending to a corrected address with additional shipping.

I did not receive my shipment from USPS--how can I prevent the loss next time?
Depending on the importance that you place on your packages, we recommend you use shippers that have a "Signature Required' to ensure person-to-person delivery,   This is an additional cost borne by the customer; TalkTools is not responsible for shipments once picked up at the TalkTools facility.  TalkTools uses the Shipper-provided tracking number  to review shipment status when necessary; for example, the USPS-managed tracking website is   https://www.usps.com/


Do you ship to hotels?
We strongly discourage shipping to hotels due to the potential for missed connections with the intended recipient.
Please note: If you choose to have your order delivered to a hotel, TalkTools will not be responsible for orders not being received. If the order is returned to us, you will be charged for the return shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
  • DHL Express Worldwide: Can take 3-4 business days for delivery
  • FedEx International Priority: Can take 3 business days for delivery 
  • USPS International Priority Mail: Can take 6-10 business days for delivery

For all International orders: The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable custom duties, taxes and fees.

I am ordering from outside the U.S. Do you have a regional TalkTools® distributor?
