Brooke Andrews, speech-language pathologist, certified orofacial myologist, TalkTools Levels-trained OPT therapist, and owner of The Speech Dynamic in Houston, Texas will be presenting her go-to strategies and techniques to help late-talking toddlers start using more words through connection, engagement, and responsive strategies. This session will be jam packed with research based strategies and video examples you can start using right away in therapy.

Participants will be able to:

  2. Identify why Early Intervention is important for late-talkers.

  3. Apply at least 10 research-based strategies to use with late-talking toddlers.

  4. Formulate a home plan with parents.

  5. Classify goals within any activity.
