  1. Identify six pairs of cranial nerves relevant to speech and swallowing mechanisms.
  2. Describe the relationship between cranial nerves and subsystems of the body.
  3. Summarize the different sensory, motor or dual function of cranial nerves
  4. Demonstrate an assessment on the impact of cranial nerves with regard to swallowing and feeding issues
