Course Description

This course will help participants identify reasons to collaborate in school environments and provide tips on how to do that.  A variety of collaborative models will be explored and several real world examples/experiences will be shared. Participants will create a plan to advance their collaborative skills in their every day practice.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will be able to: 

  1. Identify at least three strategies for effective collaboration. 
  2. Explain how to use a variety of Friend and Cook's models of collaboration in their school practice.
  3. Develop an action plan on how to use what they have learned in this presentation in their school.
