Event Information
Course Description | This interactive webinar serves as the first session in a three-part clinical mentoring series designed for speech-language pathologists seeking guided professional growth through experience-based learning. Participants will be introduced to the structure and goals of the mentoring program and the role of reflective clinical dialogue in developing sound clinical judgment. Using a real-world client scenario, the mentor will model clinical reasoning processes, share decision-making considerations, and facilitate guided discussion. Emphasis will be placed on how experienced clinicians analyze information, manage uncertainty, and make purposeful therapeutic choices. This session is designed to foster a supportive mentoring environment that values thoughtful questioning, shared expertise, and practical application rather than “right answers.
