Course Description | This capstone session concludes the three-part clinical mentoring series by focusing on integration, reflection, and sustainable professional growth. Participants will briefly revisit the core principles of mentorship explored throughout the series and examine how mentored clinical reasoning can be carried forward into everyday practice. Using a final complex or evolving client scenario, the mentor will guide participants through advanced clinical decision-making, highlighting how experienced speech-language pathologists balance evidence, intuition, client needs, and professional judgment. Emphasis will be placed on developing a personal mentoring mindset—both as a recipient and provider of mentorship—so participants leave equipped to continue growing with confidence, curiosity, and clinical intention.
