Course Description | As a speech-language pathologist who owns a clinic specializing in motor speech/feeding/myofunctional therapy, Vanessa assesses and treats variety of patients with TOTs. From infants and toddlers with feeding issues, to young children with speech delays, and even adults with concurrent TMD/myofunctional disorders there are vast functional deficits that need treatment. In this presentation Vanessa will give an overview of various TOTs cases she has worked on including a toddler, an adolescent, and an adult. Pre-frenectomy therapy, release plans, and post frenectomy therapy will be covered in each case study.

- Identify functional deficits TOTs may impact with feeding and speech.
- Explain when it is necessary to refer out to other specialists.
